Kalathas Vacation Packages

Location was excellent - walkable to waterfront in old town and close to lots of restaurants. Our room was in the main building (preferred), and not the one across (need to carry suitcase up the stairs). The room itself was small. Breakfast was excellent, with good egg and non-egg vegetarian options. The property is built around old ruins and the ruin has been showcased, which was special. The staff were very helpful and sweet. The bathroom was a bit awkward. There was not a lot of space to keep things by the sink, but there was space outside the sink area. The shower option was hand shower in an open round tub, which took a bit of adjusting. One could not stand and shower, else the water would splash around. The tub itself was beautiful, but not very practical. There was one time where the water pressure in the commode was not sufficient and it would not flush; had to wait for a bit. There was no cream for coffee in the room, but the restaurant downstairs brought us steaming milk & soy milk upon request, which made our coffee in the room very enjoyable. Overall, recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience with this hotel! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was over the top helpful. We arrived to a refreshing drink, an icy cold washcloth, and a comfortable place to rest. It was so nice after a long travel day. The hospitality continued for our entire stay. They even sent us away with a breakfast box since we needed to leave very early. We will be back!

The hotel is in a nice location, but the area is quite noisy. Additionally, the staff didn't offer any assistance with our luggage, and the Wi-Fi was consistently terrible. They don’t read Expedia communications, as they didn’t follow my instructions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mossa. It felt like home away from home and was exactly what we needed for a holiday. It's a 5 min walk to the beach, breakfast was generous with lots of options and warm service. Arrival was smooth - we were late and arrived after midnight, but the hotel was looking out for us. We loved Christos' dance class, and had the joy of joining their wonderful dance event on Monday. We hired bikes to explore Chania and enjoyed a day trip to Samaria Gorge organised by the hotel. We also had amazing restaurant recommendations from the hotel, couldn't be happier. Thank you for our stay and we’d love to come back another time.

The staff are so helpful in aiding us with a taxi or information about the area. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Location of the hotel couldn’t be better. We could walk to the many shops and cafes easily as well as the lighthouse and water. Chania old town is a charming area. We even walked to the archaeological museum. There is an elevator in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful but I enjoyed the rooftop seating the best. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
