Such a wonderful place to stay! We had the best time! Lovely family feel, very friendly, so easy to meet people. Staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful! Would love to stay again. Thank you for such a brilliant time!

Not worth the price they charging on Expedia. Beach is bad, but that is not uncommon on that island. Breakfast was ok, that is best I can say. Will not return or recommend.

We stayed here with our 2 kids! Clean and comfortable beds! The food was of high quality and pretty diverse. The staff were friendly and always extremely attentive and inviting. Everyone at the hotel always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. For all of the above reasons I will give Gardelli Inn a 5 star review! If you want to pool lounge you will need to get to the pool around 6am and reserve your lounge chair with a towel! We didn’t know this but Lagunas is the party town of Zakynthos. The tourists party pretty hard so this isn’t a quiet area. The bars and clubs around the hotel do close up at midnight but the partiers tend to spill over around the hotel and depending on their level of intoxication can be pretty loud! This isn’t the hotels fault of course. If you want a quiet stay in Zakynthos don’t stay in Lagunas!

The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there.

Great family run hotel in a great location. Rooms have been recently renovated so modern, fresh, clean. I stay in lots of hotels with work and the one thing this place has done better than most is the noise proofing. Obviously it’s not silent but with the typical Greek island noise outside you don’t really hear it so well done. Breakfast is more than enough. Hot and cold items, fruit, yoghurt, pastries. Pool area is good for the hotel size, can run out of loungers occasionally but still enough room to sit on tables and chairs and room is never far away. Staff are all very friendly. The only thing that’s missing is a no room service tag to hang on the door. Saves them disturbing you when you are trying to have a lie in. Would stay again.
