Last night the fire alarm went off all night long, could not sleep, than again in the morning. at checkout even after I had pre paid all charges with Expedia, they charged my card again for resort fee when my reservation was clearly written that resort fee was included, still waiting for hotel response.

The rooms need an update, price too high for what you get. Water runs very slow pressure. The beach of the Cove dirty, lots of garbage. The food all over the property very bad quality and very tiny portions

Everything was amazing

Great resort for families with kids! The beach is absolutely amazing. The water is beautiful, clear, and honestly all we needed during our stay. We barely used the pools because the ocean was a dream! The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and super nice throughout our stay. One important tip if you’re planning to visit: make your restaurant reservations ahead of time, before you arrive. Don’t wait until you get there or until the day of. Some restaurants require reservations, while others do not. Carmine’s was our favorite, but keep in mind that the food is served family-style, so be careful not to over-order because the portions are generous. You can check in when you arrive, but keep in mind that rooms are available starting at 4:00 PM. A few things future guests should be aware of: the beach and pool towels are quite old and could definitely use an upgrade. Also, be prepared to spend extra money on food and water during your stay. The water provided around the facilities was hot, so unfortunately, it wasn’t something that worked well for us. Overall, we had a great experience, especially enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. Just plan ahead for restaurant reservations and budget accordingly for food and water, and you’ll be better prepared to enjoy your stay!
