A rare find!

Excellent in every way! The on-site manager , Renae, is great! My elderly mother needed a shower chair and she went out of her way to provide it for our three night stay. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend Clearwater 12 in Kamiah!

Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, and adequate breakfast. The hotel is wonderful, it just happens to be on a ho-hum Main Street. There is a nice grocery store and Mexican restaurant nearby.

One Night Only

Clean room and friendly staff. Room layout made it feel larger than a typical motel room. Breakfast didn’t happen until 6:30, a bit later than most. I had to hit the road early so I had to skip the breakfast. It was somewhat noisy with all the truck traffic but not horrible.

Oasis in the middle of nowhere!

This was our halfway point to Glacier National Park. Our gps took us a back way to this hotel and we were super nervous. It’s in the middle of nowhere and it’s pitch black out there at night with lots of deer. When we got there, the gal at the desk was very nice and helpful. Checked in with no issues. Nothing fancy, but our room was comfortable and welcome after 12 hours of driving! The breakfast was more than we thought it’d be which was great because there wasn’t much on the road the next day for hours!

Motel is great, clean, friendly and just 2 mins walk is Clearwater Brewing with their resident pet, the famous Kevin Bacon. Was a privilege to meet Mr Bacon and give him a good scratch behind his ears. And the beer was excellent and the service the best☘️
