Quiet Location, lots of space, great staff

We arrived to Melissa handling a high maintenance guest in a fantastic and patient manner. She apologized for the time spent with that guest and quickly got us checked in without issue. Room was large, and connected to the back deck. Beds were good. Pillows good. Good soaps and nice shower but my wife had no hot water for her shower. I found mine hot a couple hours later. Motorcycle parking, but not under cover. Location was great. Could not hear the highway below at all. Quiet. Breakfast was large and hearty, coffee good, and staff at breakfast were great! Worth the cost in our opinion.

THIS IS NOT A MOTORCYCLISTS FRIENDLY HOTEL!! I repeat, not motorcycle friendly. The hotel is beautiful, but the driveway is terrible. Steep and rough gravel. I am told 6 different motorcycles have wrecked on the driveway. To build such a beautiful place and not pave the driveway makes no sense to me. By car, it is a tough driveway too. I have such mixed feelings since it is so beautiful. There is a second, unmarked, entrance that is not so steep, but it is also gravel. Not all motorcyclists are outlaw bikers. Just people who enjoy traveling on 2 wheels.

I loved the large, nicely decorated rooms as well as the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. I wasn’t particularly fond of the breakfast arrangement which involved driving to an affiliated restaurant. The food was very good but the place was very busy and service was not very quick because of that.

Property was in a great location. Staff was super friendly. Voucher for restaurant downtown was excellent. We rode motorcycles and initially had some difficulty turning into gravel from highway. We made it up hill, but were concerned going to town for dinner and driving up road after dark. The hotel arranged for transportation to dinner for us. We had a great time there!

Owner doesn't honor reservations not dog friendly

The included breakfast IS NOT ON THE PREMISES, you will have to travel into town, your choices are slim and you need to get to the restaurant very early or the wait is insanely long. But it's the only restaurant open in the morning.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and kind. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were incredibly comfortable. It worth noting that the road up to it was a steep gravel hill. We were on bikes so made it a bit of a concern, but we made it up just fine.

Great place!

Very clean! Friendly staff. Ad said breakfast and restaurant on site. It is NOT. But, they give you a certificate for a nice breakfast at their cafe. Also, there is no beach access, though you can find an access close by, not at this property.
