Once again our stay was very enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and assist in any way possible. The pool attendant was exceptional, bringing our towels down personally and setting them out for us. Everything is well maintained and our room overlooked the Straits of Malacca. We shall return.

If the room with carpet

Initially, when walking into the hotel, you’re greeted by wonderful, friendly doorman that helps with getting you into the hotel and giving a wonderful experience when checking in your greeted by the friendly hotel staff when we are initially checking in it was quite a bit later in the evening, he was a fantastic person, and I had questions earlier so when I had talked to him on the phone, he was super friendly and informative of all updates! Once we got to our room, we definitely enjoy the comfortability and the numerous pillows on the bed! After being at the hotel for a couple of days, we met the manager. Not due to him not being on the property, but because we were not on the property very much for our first few days. He was very kind and very helpful, providing lots of information and being super friendly getting to know us. Informed us of like previous places he’s worked and how he’s been enjoying this position and he has been running the hotel. Although it says that there is a airport shuttle, it does not offer an actual shuttle… Was a little disappointed about that, but if you would go on a good time, typically getting to it from the airport is that very expensive and it since the hotel is conveniently located near bus station it definitely makes it even easier if you don’t want to take a grab! Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend

Room was big but the bath tub was old & dirty eventhough we were told that that 10th floor we were allocated is newly renovated. The chair had corners torn.

Love the Peranakan deco and architecture. Your smart TV is best when it was raining and you are stuck back in your hotel. The complimentary breads are nice t very good. You can do local cookies, pastries and better breads. Room 3 shower tiles need to re caulking or renewed. Love the bathroom tiles selections. Room 3 is good layout however, windows are too close to the temple(next door) around 8-830p until 10. They have conversations a bit disturbing.
