Great Place to Stay! Love this Boutique Hotel!
This cute hotel is a great place to stop while traveling though Kanab. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a restaurant/bar. We especially enjoyed the home cooked breakfast that was offered for a small additional fee. It is so much better than what other chains offer. There was delicious sausage, baked french toast, scrambled eggs with cheese, oatmeal, fresh oranges, coffee tea etc. We also enjoyed sitting by the firepit in front of the property. Such a nice touch and great place to visit with friends/family traveling with you. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Over all the stay was pleasant. Comfortable King bed. Personal pet peeves: The bathroom is as important as the bed. From a Hyatt to a Motel 6, I always seam to get the room that had the handyman's drunk uncle do the repairs/fixits. Also I have yet to come across a hotel bathroom that any hooks to hang used towels, clothes etc. almost everything ends up on the floor.

Not good this time
Stayed at this hotel several times previously. Booked a 3 night stay this time but left after the second night. This was due to the proximity to the house next door (to the left of the property when viewed from outside). There were several people making noise until the early hours along with their music. Dog(s) constantly barking for ages. Not much the hotel could do about it but cost a night for which I never stayed.

Perfect cozy get away with all the little things that made the stay special. The cozy antique vibe was lovely and calming. I especially enjoyed driving my morning coffee in the outdoor seating area with gorgeous views of the mesas around us in the shade. Overall, I recommend.

Nice for a place to rest your head. Breakfast is good but $10 additional per person…..we had equivalent for free at other franchise hotels. If you are on main floor you will hear every noise above. Description said a place for dinner but didn’t mention it wasn’t open on Thursdays.

This was a great place to stay! Everyone was so welcoming and the room was great. We are doing a trek across states and this was the most comfortable bed we had! The breakfast was also delicious! I wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Canyon Boutique is a small hotel with very friendly staff. Check in was easy as well as parking. There are no elevators on premises. The deluxe king room is small and dark but clean. The restaurant was busy but luckily got a reservation. Unfortunately, the wait staff forgot about us sitting outside and we did not get waited on for a long time. We spoke to the hostess, Bailey, about our wait. From that moment on, she made sure we got our drinks, food, and dessert. Bless her heart! BTW, the food was great!
