We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn Kanab National Park Area. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and fresh bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful with tips for Zion and Bryce. The included breakfast was simple but complete (hot items, fruit, waffles) and kept well stocked. Free parking right by the room made loading/unloading easy. Great value for a stopover on the way to the parks. Recommended.

It wasn’t bad at all. Just super old and musty, and the curtain we got wouldn’t even close all the way, so people could see inside our room. That was really annoying. The bathroom looked disgusting haha but oh well, very comfy bed and for one night not bad for the price

Nice, but dated hotel. Great price compared to other areas around the National Parks. Great options for breakfast. I would ask to be put in an inside hall room away from where the big trucks and busses park because they start up their vehicles at 6 am and you can hear everything. Walls are very thin. Great front desk staff. Tammie is a wonderful lady and I enjoyed my morning visit with her when checking out.

Nice clean room. I stayed three nights, but not once did a staff member come into the room to empty the trash or tidy up. Also, the bathtub surface was so slippery I almost fell twice. When checking out, I attempted to find a staff member to tell, but there was no one at the front desk. Still, it's a decent place to stay.

Staff worked quick and efficient. Room was clean but the sink area had silicone coming off and the same in the shower along with flooring popping up. AC wouldn’t stay on I had it at 65 and it wasn’t close to 65 in there. It was a comfortable temperature.

Rooms were clean, a little worn but generally nice. No elevator (tiring for someone who just climbed out of the Grand Canyon). WiFi very poor- less than 2 Mbps measured several times. LTE from phone was better (to say nothing pf 5G). If coming expecting to work or stream, someplace else might be better.
