It’s a good cheap hotel for a quick pit stop. Rooms are a little smaller, but overall, it’s decent.

Older Motel but bathroom had been remodeled.. Carpet was dated and looks like maybe it was about to be replaced. Main things was clean sheets and bathroom. Have been to some other higher priced Hotels in Kanab and sheets had not been changed... Good price if you just looking for a bed to sleep in.

It was a quick one night stay. The main reason we booked this accommodation was because of complimentary breakfast. It was disappointing to know that they did not serve breakfast at all during the time we stayed. There are not many dining options nearby either. ( this was during December, so don’t know how things are during peak travel season) The property seemed old and room quite stuffy.

Staff were rude to me and my wife. Unprofessional. No parking at this place and we were forced to park in the handicapped spot even though we didn’t need it. Wasn’t towed but the staff refused to write down that they told us to park there if we were at risk for towing. Housekeeping was pushy for us to get out 2 hours before our checkout time. Worst hotel experience ever

It was surprisingly to know that there is no breakfast during winter season. I ordered the motel expecting to have a breakfast in the mornings. The first room we were given was not cleaned. I had to run back and forth to the office, repark my car, etc.

The rooms are small and outdated. The heaters are extremely loud, I recommend running a full blast before bed and then keeping it off through the night. It's a clean, no frills place to stay.

Great for the price

Good cozy, no frills room. Small yet had amenities like fridge and microwave. Old and dingy but not dirty. Very affordable.
