My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff and services were top-notch. We stayed in a family room of six people. A small waterpark and hot tub that extended outdoors were nice. We spent the evening in the waterpark and hot tub during both nights of our stay. We dined at Forte. The food was delicious, and prices were reasonable given its location. Everything was excellent except the pool by the hot tub, which was under construction. Overall, I’d give 4.8 stars and would stay here again when we visit the area next time.

We stayed for the night to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was excellent! The hotel made a very thoughtful gesture of giving desserts- sending it to our room and giving it to us in our dinner! The hotel has good facilities for both family and just to relax for a short getaway!

The area and property are very beautiful. We did not use the hot tub or steam room because it was too far away from our room in the black diamond building which was disappointing. The free parking is close enough to the building so paying for parking is not necessary. There are plenty of dining options including a pub. We just had room service and it was delicious. If you are going to stay here you have to use the Nordic spa. It is not included but it is world class and totally worth it.

Very nice However construction on the new lap pool and area was a bit loud and sort of wrecked our view - but these things need to happen! Also the windows (outside) were dirty - also impeded our mountain view :(. Also the shingles were being replaced so machinery was in progress for that too

The lodge wasn’t busy but we still got a room with a view of scaffolding. Not why we went to the mountains and then still paying $500 . It would have been easy to give a room with a view. It seemed no one cared

This property is excellent. So serene and beautiful. Even with all the current construction that’s going on to expand the Nordic spa and updating of the roof, everything was well organized and well kept. Can’t wait to go back. Our hydrotherapy was perfect and our evening massages were just perfect to end the day!

The location is amazing, in terms of its situation in the Kananaskis mtns, and access to trails and provincial parks. Also on the grounds is an incredible spa. The high cost seems to be a function of the location rather than of the quality of the rooms, which seem to be only slightly above standard Marriott rooms

The area and view of the mountains is just amazing! The staff were all lovely but the resort is in the midst of construction when we went. So peopel would be banging on the roof at 9am, the lockers in the pool/hot tub area didnt work and the area around the outside portion of the hot tub was surrounded by construction.
