Good hotel, clean, food was great. Large group stayed one night as it was close to Golf ourselves and rates were reasonable. Would return no problem. Not much to do around the hotel itself as just off the highway…tons to do if going into Kananaskis or Canmore.

Well. We arrived at 7pm and after a long day of travel we were looking forward to getting into our rooms. Check in is at 4pm. However our rooms were not ready when we arrived and we had to wait in the hallways while they finished cleaning. After dealing with the set back (which alone would have been ok) however, we changed and were ready to enjoy the pool. Only to find that the pool was a mess, no towles were available, which turned out ok as we never even went in the water. We found paper towels and other debris floating in the water, and the area around the pool was littered with used underwear and socks. Gross. We let the front desk know, and while the staffer was original sorry, she was quick to offer no perks for our frustration (all we were looking for was maybe a dinner coupon as the hotel is charging $400 a night) So after being let down at the front desk we went to dinner. Where the food was undercooked and the bar unable to make a simple dirty martini. The drinks we did get were subpar, not enough ice and in glasses far to large to enjoy. After we decided to call it a night we went back to our rooms where the lighting didnt work, nor the electrical outlets to charge our phones. The bed was terrible and you could hear every sound being made in the hallways. Needless to say, I would never go back, nor recommend this hotel. Not worth the money.
