Close to famous fish market Omicho and Kenrouken garden. Clean hotel except the older carpets in our room. Washroom architect is my nominee for the layout Oscars this year.

There ar 5 people on reception. But when we arrived and checked into our room. The entire hallway to the room was coverted with laundry rubbish dirty carpets stuff every where. Not what you expect coming to hotel. Also out carpets in our room looked dirty and un vacumed

Breakfast was not that enticing. Dining options are an impression of a western-style buffet and…. An impression of a western-style buffet (no a- lal carte options to be had- at least that was our experience). The staff was very friendly and the rooms were superb. Location was excellent as many of the sure were wanted to see were within 10-15 minutes walk. Would certainly start again.

The bed was comfortable. The facilities were as expected. It was very convenient to Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen and the Samurai District. Our room had no view; it looked out on industrial looking tanks. The welcome drinks and snacks could have been better quality.

Loved loved loved this hotel!!! The area was high end surrounded by Gucci, Rolex, and other high end stores. Lots of different types of bars from classy lounges to fantastic hole in the wall places. Everyone is friendly and the staff was amazing. Rooms were big, bed was huge and comfortable. It is completely surrounded by temples and shrines and the castle is a short walk away. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option also.

Excellent location with buses stopping outside (including the RL & LL loop tourist buses). Lots of konbinis a short walk. Not far to the Castle or Kenroku-en gardens. Free wine and sake, cold tea and nuts and popcorn from 3pm to 8pm. Lots of extra amenities to pick up in reception and free umbrellas (if they have them available). Only a couple of small niggles - no on-site laundry (which we knew) but there is no pull out washing line in the bathroom or any hooks anywhere. Decent size room with a small open wardrobe area and a couple of draws. Black out blind was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and will look for this brand again on our return to Japan.
