The Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly/helpful. Transportation was all by bus to the Hotel and all the sights with the Loop Bus one day pass. Two things with the loop bus was there were no clear marking of the Loop bus stops. It was also hard to see the Loop Bus logo, it should have a logo on the front top of the bus. Another thing they should have at the bus stops schedules in English. This Hotel does not have many restaurants close by that are open on Sundays.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms. while a little small, were clean and comfortable. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a great convenience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.

The check in time at 3pm is understandable, but better preparation (e.g. prefilled forms or copies of documents) can reduce the lines of waiting at 3. We waited for over 10 minutes, while ‘pre-check-in’ at 2.

Best hotel room I’ve stayed in Japan so far. The room was spacious, there is a washer/dryer in my room, the bed was very comfortable. Microwave, mini fridge and kettle. Everything you need. And the location is great!

Extremely comfortable beds. Rooms very clean. So close to Kanazawa castle and Kenrokuen garden. Bonus was the proximity to the Omicho market. This is a fantastic market for fresh seafood and other authentic Japanese cuisine. Not as busy as other markets in other Japanese cities. Truly a pleasure to walk around and try different food. Prices here are so reasonable and affordable. Would definitely come back to stay at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa.

The hotel was really clean, they had more amenities than Tokyo ones. Such as a free washing machine in the room. Don't hesitate to ask for help at the front desk if you need, everyone is super nice. Everything was really close too, and it's really easy to take the bus to travel around.

Perfect base to explore Kanazawa. You can easily walk to many of Kanazawas most popular attractions from the hotel and it’s right on the Kanazawa Loop bus line for the rest.

Great location
The hotel is lovely, in a perfect location to the markets, shopping and just across the road from the Gion area. The room was comfortable, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is of an ok size compared with other bathrooms in Japan. The only thing was the staff poor English. It made it difficult to communicate without a translator app, but nonetheless they were friendly and professional. The hotel is in a very good condition
