Great hotel in a great area. It is a little bit of a walk from the train station but otherwise perfectly located near everything else we wanted to see. It was our favorite stay of our trip with a very comfortable bed and laundry! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location to stay

Hotel had a great location. Easy to access the Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku en garden. Omicho Markets was as easy walk and a must do for fresh seafood. Live the washer dryer in the room. Highly recommend staying here.

Great size double room with a washing machine and microwave - so convenient! Also the hotel is in an excellent spot - close to the train station, and it’s only a short walk to Kenrokuen Gardens and about 25 minute walk to Higashi chaya historic tea area and not far at all to the Samurai houses - in an upmarket shopping street too, so a perfect location.

Lovely hotel! Spacious room with a washer/dryer combo plus a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The facility is spotless, the breakfasts are wonderful and the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. We found a lovely restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Love For All. It’s awesome, highly recommended. And many other options. The loop bus stops nearby and is very convenient to explore the sights. We will miss our time in Kanazawa.

One thing I really didn't like about is their service. I asked hotel staff to make restaurant reservation for me since most Japanese restaurants don't speak English well. But they don't provide this service. Also I ask hotel staff to book taxi for me. Again their policy is no.
