Centrally Located and convenient hotel. Very nice breakfast. Management and staff finest hospitality we experience in Sri Lanka. We stayed in 7 hotels during our trip to Sri Lanka this Hotel and management does an excellent job.

We had such a wonderful stay at Cassendra Kandy. From checking in to a spotless and very well set out room, amazing breakfast to exceptional staff. There is not one thing we could complain about. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Kandy. To the Manager Madusanka and all your staff Dilrukshi, Imandha, Padhum, Isuru, you all went above and beyond. Your attention to detail was 5 stars. Thanks again

Very classy, well furnished, clean hotel with superlative views. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremelly attentive, friendly and accomodating. This was easily the best hotel i stayed in within the cultural center of SL. If i returned to Kandy i would stay here again, hands down? Superb value as well, highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The views overlooking Kandy were stunning and made every moment feel special. The breakfast was fresh, generous, and a great start to each day. Its close location to the train station was incredibly convenient. A great place to stay with excellent value and comfort.

Met at Reception by the friendly Reception staff who made the check-in process really easy. Room was as exactly as the photos portrayed. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Location was perfect as it was close enough to the Lake but quiet. Perfect for a stay in Kandy.
