Great hotel, but water pressure needs work

Enjoyed my stay. Everything was great, but the only problem I encountered was the water pressure in the shower. If they could kick the pressure up a little bit it would perfect.

Smelly room

The room smelled. We called the front desk and told them a couple of times they did nothing no discount on my bill or anything just crank the air conditioner up to try to take the smell out of the room. My family was staying at two other rooms and there smell wine

Stayed here for a travel ball tournament (block). This facility was not kid friendly, the entire hotel was baseball teams and staff kicked our kids out of the lobby (who were with an adult)-they then moved the team meeting to the empty breakfast area and were kicked out of there as well. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend for organizations to use. I talked with several coaches and parents from different teams that stayed there and we all had the same unfortunate experience. Not to mention they up-charged for block booking vs regular website and called it "getting a discount". All around poor experience.
