Very clean room, excellent amenities with everything you would need. Great hotel location with lots of food options surrounding the hotel. Also having a 24 hour pharmacy and a 24 hour convenience store located at the base of the hotel came in handy. Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was great especially with kids. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The only thing was that the osaka metro station was a little far, like 7 mins away. But overall, we had a good time and would stay again

I like the kitchen area, the washing machine, and the toothbrushes, combs, and razors that were left for us. The bed/sheets just didn’t feel to clean.

I’ll be honest, I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is perfect. I was a little bit skeptical when I first booked but honestly I take that all back now. It’s in a perfect location, right in the heart and so close to Nipponbashi. I would stay here 100 times again it’s just that good.

Spacious and clean for our family of 5, including in room washer. No check in desk, however the check in via tablet in reception was very easy and smooth.
