Some deceptive marketing here. You will pay about $100 more than list price because of extra charges. Valet is an extra charge. Breakfast is an extra charge. The staff are polite and the space is clean. But we didn't have quite enough towels, and there was no body wash in the shower. Normally, we bring our own, but we missed it this time when packing. Then it took three calls and two trips to the empty lobby (noteam members at desk) to get the soap from guest services. All in all, frustrated by the experience. Nice room, nice location, nice staff. I do not recommend it if you’re trying to save money on your trip, because they will nickel and dime you on everything.

First, on front staff person who was so busy she did not have time to answer questions. Very nice, but unfair to her and customers. Second, no chef. Came in late expecting to eat dinner and had to hunt for a place as she was too busy. Last, toilet was not flushing. After a while i was able to balance the float. Again, no staff.

Parking is negligible, if you dont use Valet you are up the just gambling for a spot, but its free on the weekends. It is walkable to convention center though, which is nice.
