Staff was friendly. Location is fantastic if traveling with little kids. The drywall on the ceiling was peeling and a few stains on the carpet. Only provided 3 towels for a double queen bed room and reservations made with 4 people listed. Requested more towels from front desk one morning as we had four people in room. When we returned from our day activities, our bathroom was cleaned and linens replaced. Still only received 3 bath towels. Overall, we were satisfied and things can be overlooked for location. Ice cream, restaurants, coffee shop and turf area are all walking distance.

1. The water took 10+ minutes to get hot. 2. The tv quality of picture and options of channels was poor 3. The front desk staff was the worst when we checked in. 4. Poorly trained and customer friendly presentation. We wont stay there again.

IT WAS A VERY NICE LOCATION AND VERY SAFE FEELING! THERE WERE DINING PLACES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS ONLY COFFEE, HOT CHOCOLATE AND TEA. EVERYTHING ELSE THAT WAS AT THE BREAKFAST BAR HAD TO BE CHARGED TO THE ROOM! OTHER THAN THAT WE WOULD STAY AGAIN AT THIS PLACE. IT WAS A VERY NICE AREA!

Upon arriving I paid extra to have a city view and was given a room with a view of the construction site and rooftops. I went back to the front desk to tell the hotel guy and he told me that room he put me in was the city view. I showed him the photo of a city view room from hotels.com and he told me that hotels .com was wrong or mixed up. He ended up switching my room

Don’t stay here if you’re looking for amenities. Ice maker is only on the 2nd floor where you check in. Bring your own extra towels and blankets if you need them. Other than that the bed was comfy, and location was perfect.
