Room was adequate though the sofa bed was really dirty and the carpet in the room was starting to show signs of age. Bathroom vent fan was LOUD and barely worked most of the time. Fridge was tiny, yet usable. No coffee maker.

Went to see Aaron Lewis in concert at Ameristar Casino this location was very convenient 10 minutes or less drive. Was clean, friendly service, good breakfast @ a good price! Can't find that now days! I will return

I booked the wrong best western and when asked customer service to change my reservation and they couldn’t do that. Even tho I got the protection plan, so I spent 100 and something there didn’t use the room. And spent another 118 on another room. At a different best western. I would’ve used the best Western I booked, but it was 35 minutes away from the airport and I couldn’t get an Uber there and they didn’t have shuttle drivers to that hotel.

The hotel is nice, seems like it was remodeled in the last 3 or 4 years, the pool was a little cold for me but my son enjoyed it. The staff was great. No hot tub. Breakfast was just lime aby other hotel. Not as many opyions!
