We got the jetted tub king suite. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels. Bed was nice; a little stiff but that’s a personal preference. 25 minute drive to Crown Center Shopping Mall. Quiet area, easy parking, night staff gentleman was so sweet. We didn’t take advantage of the bar but breakfast was great! So much food. Eggs, sausage links, potatoes, danish, etc. would stay again. :)

Customer service is above and beyond!
The staff at this Best Western in Kansas City went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I used their park and fly service to get from the hotel to the airport. My plane got delayed and then canceled, and they made four trips to take me to the airport, pick me up, take me back, and pick me up again. On the 4th trip, they asked if I had eaten any nutritious food. I said no, not since breakfast when they had picked me up from the airport the first time after having dropped me off the first time, and they made me a cheeseburger and would not accept payment for it from me, they wanted to do that to brighten my day. The fact that they cared so much spoke volumes! Their customer service will make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good quality. As a middle aged female traveling by herself I felt extremely safe the entire time. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality, and their kindness on a bad day. They made it a lot more better to handle! Anytime I’m in the KC area and need a hotel, I’m choosing this one everytime!
