There was hair all over our bathroom. Our tv was broken. The door to the pool was broken. The breakfast was not great. We got there at 8am and almost all the food was gone already. The pictures of all the rooms showed a chair in the room. Our room was so small there was no way a chair would have fit, so the picture was very misleading.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff especially Gabriel and the young man I believe his name is Michael. The breakfast was also very tasty and savory. They tended to things that needed to be tended to. Will definitely recommend them.

This Best Western Plus is a good value and very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and the sheets fresh and crisp! The microwave and refrigerator were clean and newer. The 50" flat screen TV is new and a good variety of viewing choices. I did enjoy swimming in the pool, although it would be nice if the sound of the fans were quieter. The breakfast display was nice although there was no yogurt or bananas. It was a pleasant stay.

Although the property is older, it has been upgraded at some point and is okay, but not super modern. Didn't like the fact that the TV had a beautiful picture, but no sound. No matter what I tried or how hard I tried, I couldn't get it to work. Didn't matter because we were only there one night. I mentioned it at the front desk when we checked out and they were very polite and apologetic and said they would look into it.

The staff was great, very, very nice & quiet location, and the room was nice & clean. However, the bed sorta 'sagged' in the middle and the pillows felt really worn down. I would come back though if I am in the area again. Thanks!

New to the area

The best thing about this hotel is the staff!! I stayed for several nights and the area had a kids tournament moved through, and several other types of travelers. The first two nights there were “difficult” hotel guess and the staff took care of them very quickly and very professionally. Breakfast was OK, very basic but good for just me. Really good amenities for families.
