They would not adjust our reservation due to a blizzard. There should be exceptions for weather. I’m not going to risk our lives to make a reservation. I called in advance and they could have sold our room. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Hilton properties are way more accommodating

It was unpleasant

It was just…..dirty and run down. The overall condition of the property is broken features in the room (our fridge and our coffee pot) heavily chipped doors and trim, stained carpet and sheets, dusty tables in the breakfast area, broken wheel on the cart/trolley, broken back door, keys that needed to be reprogrammed everyday…..:just not a clean property. We only had one full size towels, burned out light bulbs, HORRIBLE parking lot….:don’t look at the ceiling in the pool area. Sigh. Very very disappointed.

The person checking us in didn’t interact at all. Floors leading into the hotel were dirty. TV in the room was small & had issues with pixels(white spots). Kids running up/down the hallways while the parents watched. Doors banging & dog barking…finally had to call the front desk. The wind whistled thru the window & it was cold! Not sure I’d recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to be updated. The rooms were clean but had obvious signs of wear. The pool had multiple missing or chipped tiles and the ceiling had signs of leaks/mold/

Our stay

Stay was pretty good but we had a smell in our room they did offer to move us but only had room was on first floor we declined it but the next day when we returned to our room after 11:00 our keys would not work clerk at front desk told us they didn’t do anything but our room had got changed tried to explain what happened which was the same clerk from the night before but she wouldn’t listen. At least she fixed our keys so we could get back in to room scary thing is she didn’t even ask for our I’d to identify us. Same thing happened the next morning different clerk.
