Property wrenched of marijuana. Hotel wouldn’t process a cancellation. Toilets were broken. Bed bugs. Hairs in bed. Food in the heating vents. We left and had to go to another hotel.

I booked a stay at this hotel, anticipating a pleasant experience considering the Wyndham hotel name has a high standard of quality hotel experience. The hotel seemed to be a nice country style hotel but unfortunately was not in great conditions. The online photos failed to match the actual condition of the hotel room I booked. The room had an unpleasant, lingering musky odor, and the towels felt old and dried out giving a rough feel. The room was dusty and appeared to have been neglected for an extended period of time. The carpet was very old and disgusting. The chair had a huge stain on it. The mirrors and side tables were dusty. The window was also gross and had broken handle so couldn’t open it to air out the musky smell. The TV was also not working, checked all the wires and remote but no luck. The bathroom was outdated and not very clean. The toilet showed the ceramic inside the bowl peeling and discolored. I spent the least amount of time in the hotel room due to its conditions. Despite the disgusting room, the staff was friendly and the hotel was a convenient location near the Country Club Plaza and a short distance to Kauffman Stadium and Arrowhead Field. The breakfast options were limited to basic items like bagels, yogurt, and oatmeal. They could have added in some fresh fruit as an option. There was a sign in the lobby informing guests that renovations were planned soon. I sincerely hope this hotel can undergo these updates and improve the unsatisfactory room cond

check in attendant was very good. no elevator was not good. found stain on bedding was turn off. guy sleeping in weight room at 6am was concerning. Pot smell out the back patio was a turn off. security guard helped us carry our bags, was good.

This hotel is quite literally the worst i have EVER seen. Its dirty, in disrepair, and unsafe. When i arrived, the hotel lobby was locked with a note on the door saying, "the lobby is locked from 10 pm to 10 am for your protection". I was originally booked for 3 nights and left a few hours after checkin. DONT DO IT!

The night receptionist was absolutely beyond rude and could not be bothered. No elevator access at all. Completely handicapped inaccessible from the sketchy back parking lot to inside, as well as all of inside. When asking about the out of order elevator, I was told that the online purchase should have said that there was no elevator access…which did not whatsoever. Would never stay here again.

I liked the price and the location. However it’s a run down, dirty hotel (room not cleaned). Literally not keeping up with the maintenance(little and big). For example the elevator does not work and I was on the 4th floor. The workout room’s equipment is just a room full of out dated, broken equipment. I could go on and on, but I won’t.
