The good: friendly front desk staff, clean white towels and good hot water and water pressure (despite the warnings about the city light rail construction interrupting water supply). The bad: very very dirty room. Walking across the carpet barefoot led to black residue washing off the bottom of my feet in the shower. Stains on the bed sheets. Chairs in the room obviously quite old and stained. Just not being properly cleaned and cared for. Major renovation is apparently planned. Breakfast was bagels and coffee only. But we didn’t eat there given the condition of the room. I wouldn’t stay here again ever - even after the renovation.

The place was amazing. Staff was super helpful. Good location if you want to visit the plaza. Only downside was the construction due to the new transits stops. Not the hotels fault but it did affect water pressure and parking.

I love the 'old town' feel of the Seville - the tilework and sconces, the fountain with trumpet creeper on the trellis. I love the little courtyard that has quiet places to sit. I do wish the smokers would smoke somewhere else.

I hope they never lift their sheets to see how the mattresses are, the pillows were stained, the carpet was terrifying, it's scary to step on the dirty stuff.

Location to Country Club Plaza was a plus but construction everywhere! Very old facility but a few upgrades! Breakfast was extremely limited! We had no wash clothes! Would not stay here again!
