We reserved two rooms and were clearly putting an adult and two kids into each. We were placed at opposite ends of the hallway and the check in person had no interest in changing this. One of our rooms actually had the ability to adjoin the next one! Yes we politely asked for changes at check in but no we did not push the sullen worker. The tv in one room did not work. Yes we were doing it right we hooked Netflix to the other one. The toilet in one room clogged immediately (just normal use I promise). We had to ask for pool towels as none were stocked. It was clean but this is all I can say that is positive. We only needed the rooms for one night so we put up with the situation.

Comfortable but needed some upkeep

Breakfast was good with a good variety. Our blankets on the bed and for the pull out sofa had stains, one obviously being blood. Our first night the smoke detector in our room went off for an unknown reason. They took it to check the batteries and never brought it back in the 4 days we were there.

The stay was just okay due to shortly after checking in and getting settled, heading out to dinner I had a big whiff of marijuana smell hit me on the 2nd floor and a lot more in the entry way. Upon return I notified the front desk agent and she gave me a weird look and didn’t seem too concerned. The tv remote did not work and after talking to the agent she said it’s probably just a sensor issue and wouldn’t even touch the remote or swap it out with a different one. She overall was no help for the night time. The elevator was dirty inside and the button panel was popping out of the wall circuit so it moved when clicking a button which was not a comfortable site to see. Only things good about the hotel are that it’s near a lot of food options and convenience stores and the morning agent at checkout was very nice and understanding and gave a good explanation about why the tv remote issue was happening and that they are in the process of reprogramming new ones. Had the night auditor been informative and a bit more caring towards guests I probably would’ve had a better review. I honestly just won’t be staying at this location again.

The ice machine for the last 3 years on the floor we were on didn't work. The carpet in the room could use a good carpet cleaner It's not $150 a night Cons Good hot water for a nice shower after being a worlds and Oceans of fun all day Quite Nice pool area

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. It was in a convenient location for our trip, with easy access to the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice and had a good selection of both hot and cold foods. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed closest to the bathroom in our two queen bed room was a little too close to the wall, so I had to scoot in sideways to get in and out of bed.
