My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 14,12,10) felt very comfortable in this hotel. The room was perfect, needs were comfortable and the pillows were great!! Breakfast was amazing. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options for everyone. The coffee was brewed just right.

When we arrived for a 2 night stay, the front desk said that they had not received payment from a 3rd party. We paid for the hotel by credit card back in August. This caused us a lot of stress. We had to fogure it out and the hotel did not try to help. The same thing happened when we checked out. The hotel said that our payment had not gone through.

Overall, I gave it an average. On the plus side the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable as was the room seating. On the other side the floors in the room needed cleaning, there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. We had two rooms and the other had these. The air conditioner in our room needs work. It squeaks so badly we could not sleep with it on. On Sunday morning there was no hot water in the entire hotel. Had to take cold showers in both rooms. Clearly this hotel needs some attention.

This was the last stay in a hotel before returning home. It was very comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom accommodating with grab bars. It was just an overnight, but it is always more comforting when you feel that the room is clean. The furniture was comfortable as well.
