There was 2 girls at front counter that was really awesome. House keeping missed our room twice no towels no bed made or sheets replaced twice. Second time I call front desk a different girl answered I told her l didn’t get towels asked if someone could bring them to our room she said “That’s not her job” I told her it wasn’t my job either. If she didn’t bring them have the manager call me now. She brought them to our room.

Under construction! Rooms were clean Phone did not work in the room so i had to go downstairs every time i needed something. That was annoying. Needed a iron. No hooks in bathroom. Would stay again

just as good as last visit

The parking area is open, but seems secure. The region is all upscale people storage, shops, restaurants, retail. clean and up to date. I stayed in a room similar to my visit 2 weeks earlier. There are minor signs of the previous condition of the hotel, which is being completely renovated. My room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower was the best thing: a real walk-in shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers rather than the outdated, silly little bars of soap and tiny bottles.

Great place for the price and location

The hotel is undergoing renewal/renovation. As such, there's a constant odor in the hall of paint, construction adhesive, new stuff. The furniture is being replaced, so, for example, my room had a desk chair that had damage. There is evidence of the age of the building in various spots, but overall, the appearance and state of repair is good to new. Parking is convenient in their lot it's easy to get to of I-70 and there's plenty of dining options close by.

They were remodeling the floor we were on. I don’t think our room was actually ready for guests. Issues with bathroom door shutting (wouldn’t shut all the way due to uneven tile work), sprinkler head for fire safety didn’t have the cover over it, shower faucet wasn’t secured, dresser still covered in tape, bathroom sink leaked.
