Cool building, friendly staff!
Service was amazing. The women working at the front desk were very helpful and kind providing restaurant advice and interesting visits close by. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Staff, facilities, and location was amazing. Roof top bar is a must see. Biggest issue which made this a four star is that music from the rooftop bar was so loud, it sounded like someone was pounding on the walls and making our bed vibrate despite being 2 floor down from it. Noise is a known issue for the staff as we were given a warning about it at check in and actually waited for a different room that was promised to be quieter but unfortunately was not. Music ends around 11:00-11:30 so if you need to be up for an early checkout, be prepared.

This hotel is very unique. It was an old warehouse at one time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at Lazio, the hotel restaurant. It was undoubtedly the best and most unique meal we have ever had. Most unusual was the hand pulled mozzarella. The mozzarella madam was delightful and the mozzarella was excellent. Don’t miss this restaurant.

This was overall a great experience! Really cute and unique hotel too! The check in experience was so easy. The staff members were very friendly and had great recommendations around the place. The staff for valet parking were also very professional and fun to chat with! The building itself was very unique with the way they remodeled what appeared like an abandon brick building. Lastly, who can say no to a complementary beer or two?! Definitely recommend and would totally come back again!

I liked the bars, restaurants and facility. I am not a big fan of the app TVs and had trouble with the remote. Also, there is no in-room coffee, but they do have coffee by the main desk. I would stay here again because it is close to the streetcar line and nice restaurants and bars.

I stayed four nights at the Crossroads, and it was no less than perfect! The personnel was terrific and very helpful. The valet guys were great! Jackson, at reception, was very friendly and took his time to explain everything there was to know about the hotel, its history, and the area. I give a 10 on 10 to the Crossroads!
