The staff were incredibly friendly. They got us checked in and in our room within minutes of entering the front door. The restaurant was good and convenient being onsite. The breakfat package was absolutely great. The food and server were definitely A list.

Double charged me and ignores emails to rectify it
Great location , great hotel , great everything . However when you check in there , double check they received payment , been double charged by hotels.com which I got a deal rate from , and a room night directly from the hotel at full charge . Emails to rectify this are being ignored for refund despite many attempts . Buyers beware

The elevator access from the parking garage was terrible for 25 floors. Had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator. The shower felt the subfloor below it was rotten as my wife felt like she was going fall through.

Our room had expired food in the fridge, trash under the bed and chairs, used towels on the back of the bathroom door, light on wall would flicker on and off whether the switch was flipped or not(sleeping was not fun), and the gross of the gross, someone’s ripped underwear under the sink. When we tried to talk to someone at the hotel they said we had to talk Expedia, when we connacted Expedia they said the hotel should have given us a refund from their end. We had three rooms, this one was GROSS the other two were normal. We don’t normally complain, these issues seemed to stack. We were extremely frustrated that neither the hotel nor Expedia were able make it right for us.
