I've stayed here twice for work. Great location, walkable, nice views when stayed on 18th floor. The rooms, bathroom in particular is a lil run down and I'm not a fan of how close the bathroom door is to the toilet seat. I wish the bathrooms had fans so it doesn't get so steamy in there when showering. Deposit for incidentals is great, $50 which can't be beat. Parking is $25 as a guest. The food in the restaurant sucks though. I've ordered the top sirloin and it was dry and unflavored. The burger was super salty. The latte, meh.

Convenient to events. Room was really expensive. Reservations made 5 months prior to date with 4 adults to occupy, but the room was extremely small with 2 queen beds pushed against the walls with a small 2 seater settee placed between. It was not what was expected considering the bill was $1049! I will look for other hotels when in KC again.

From the moment we arrived and found that the garage said full, and there was no place to park or stay was horrible. We had to leave our car on the curb to go in and register and get a card key to get in the garage. The room was spacious, but had no furniture in it one sofa in the sitting room and the bed in the bedroom. there was a very giant walking closet, but the bathroom was the size of a cruise boat. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and the sofa in the sitting room was from the 1950s and filthy. I do not recommend this hotel.

The description of amenities was deceiving. - NO shuttle service - room phone was not connecting to front desk or room service - the TV had no service through the whole stay, no channels were available and when asked to switch room, the receptionist said they were fully booked without a compensation option - the water from the shower and sink felt like slime - you could hear the elevator running all day in the room - the room was never cleaned and we left early morning and retired late evening

For the price this hotel is terrible. Definitely not the Crowne Plaza I remembered from in the past. Very shabby and rooms are lacking. Plus was charged an extra $50 at checkin and not really sure why. Staff quickly mumbled something about incidentals but didn’t really explain so I could understand.

Wonderful stay. A bit disappointed the shuttle was not running the entire weekend. The shuttle was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel. Justice was great. So friendly and helpful. Would consider staying again if shuttle was running.

I got there at 3pm for check-in, I paid for a room at a high level, floor 25 or above. I was told it wasn't ready and they will call me once is ready, I waited at the restaurant inside the hotel, but they never called me, after I finished eating I asked if my room was ready, they gave me a room in floor 22, and next to the service elevator, so you can imagine the noise of it going up and down all day and night. TVs are outdated, who watches cable TV in 2024, I'm not asking for streaming accounts but at least the possibility to use mine. But maybe my expectations were as high as the price I paid.
