I dont know if it was just the room we got, but it had the nicest shower head and water pressure of anywhere i stayed, including much more expensive hotels. Good service, nice breakfast, clean. At this price level, i loved it.

Room itself was not bad.... staff did not read request for lower level room (sent from Expedia )... they were able to accommodate, but ... Area around the hotel showed lack of picking up.... Internet was terrible.... either would not connect or was super slow..... Came in for breakfast.... no milk for cereal.... no hot water for oatmeal .... and no-one at the desk..... Staff shows a lack of commitment/concern.... Likely will not stay there again.

I got charged $116.85 cleaning fee for having brought a blanket to the room that had my dog’s hair on it, even though there was never a single animal that once entered the room while I stayed there. The lady on the phone told me that the hair was all over the room when the housekeeper had inspected it. I didn’t dispute that there was dog hair in the room, but I thought the fee that the motel charges is supposed to be for having a pet in the room; however, The pet hair came in indirectly (it was on my blanket, not from bringing a dog). Also there was no soap in the room at all, and the shampoo/conditioner bottle in the shower barely had anything in it.

Staff was very rude and definitely don't have the customer at the top of their priorities list. Parking space is very limited so bigger vehicles and trailers aren't easy to fit in the spaces or in the available space. They informed me after check in that they were out of shampoo and soap until their truck came in which was the following week. And it said they have a pool but it is no longer there. Staff definitely needs training for customer service skills because they have none. Everything was clean tho.

Check in was quick, room was ok. Went out for a while and upon return looked like someone had been in the room and the key card didn't work. Had to wait by reception for 15 mins for a member of staff, no sign to say they had stepped away. Other than that all was ok

The hotel was old and had nothing to offer but a place to sleep. I had forgotten a wine opener and the front desk offered me a can opener. So I asked for a screw driver, nope. So I asked for a plyers, nope. They knocked on my door later with a needle nose plyers but I had already walked the area and brought a wine opener. Next time I will pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
