Nightmare
This is the most horrible hotel I’ve ever heard anyone talk of! Walking in I knew I wouldn’t stay in what is essentially low budget. The feeling was confirmed by the girl at the front desk who was nothing except bossy and uneducated. I’m embarrassed to have shown up but glad I can afford to leave. There is a hidden-by-waist-high weeds driveway and the entire property is surrounded by dry grass. The only redemption about it is the proximity to the freeway so you can make a quick escape!

Football Game weekend.
The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. And the bed was very comfortable. Stayed here to go to a Chiefs game. It was so close we walked to the football game. So over all wonderful stay!!!

Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. Wi-Fi and televisions did not work at all on Saturday. Hotel needs to be updated. Had companions in another room and the toilet plugged up. Breakfast was good but everything else was much below average.

It was above average .. we’ve stayed there before so we knew what we were getting …… it needs a hotel bar and better options for food after a game …… the staff and service was very good ……the free breakfast was excellent! If we go to a game again we’ll stay there …..

The temperature control in the did not work correctly. It was very hot in the room so I turned on “a/c”, but both hot and cold air came out of the unit at the same time. The refrigerator wasn’t cold as it was completely frosted over near the cooling unit.

We stay two nights at the hotel before the Chiefs game. First morning went down for breakfast and none of the food was warm. The breakfast sausage didnt even look warmed or cooked. The orange juice was warm. Wehad two seperate reservations, one for each night. Instead of allowing us to stay in the same room we moved each day. The second room fire alarm didnt work it keep beeping and maintenance thought it was ok to disable it. We told them this is not acceptable so he came and put new one inbut im convinced that one wasn't working cause it didnt light up.

Faucet in tub is leaking. There is an industrial fan in the room blowing, which means that the room recently had water. No charging ports for phones. Floor by bathroom and in the bathroom is very slick! When paying close to $300 for one night I would not expect these kind of issues!
