The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition. Broken tiles, the jets didnt work, the pool was easily a foot low. The towels smelled of mildew and were over flowing in the dirty bin. Our room the hot water faucet leaked water everywhere, the cover for the electrical cords was exposed in the room and overall just not what was expected based on photos.

A couple negative things but a great stay overall

It was a great stay. The breakfast was fabulous. Here are the things we were not happy about: We don't drink so we didn't want cocktails but we couldn't get any hot cocoa. Only the top floors get the hot chocolate and we were in the second floor. Also, we were charged later for parking. $7. We actually live not to far away and this isn't downtown or in a bad neighborhood. So that type of charge was unnecessary but especially since we weren't told it would cost to park.

Miserable

We were placed into room 524. It was a closet. There wasn’t even room to place the TV in front of the bed. It was ran parallel to the bed because the room was so small. The toilet was clogged, the shower drain laid in the bottom on the shower, and our sink gurgled every time a room on either side above or below ran water.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice & clean hotel. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaint would be about the lighting in the room. There needs to be an extra lamp or something. The bedside lamps were not bright at all & there’s no overhead lighting.
