Basic hotel
Went for 2 nights for leisure. Had to pay $20 night for parking that I didn’t understand because the parking lot was basic and not near anything you could walk to. Room was clean and quiet. Basic continental breakfast was nice we went to one morning only. Lots of road construction around hotel currently.

Every member of the staff was courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best we have ever had for variety, cleanliness, and always stocked. They even came and made sure we were done before it closed. We will be back!

The staff, in particular Savion, was awesome. He was helpful regarding information for the Arrowhead stadium and restaurants in the area and so nice. We really like the location and was concerned about the neighborhood but turns out it is nice and a convenient location.

It is in a very convenient location for what we wanted to see in Kansas City. The neighborhood is safe and close to some good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. There is road work being done so it is somewhat confusing as to where the entrance is located. Eventually the trolley should pass directly in front of the hotel, once that happens this location will be great.

This hotel is old and not very clean. Lots of construction within the hotel, dirty carpets, room bathrooms are old and dingy. Overall, the amount paid is not worth the accommodations.
