The only issue I have is parking $20 per night. I stayed 3 nights because my bathroom was being remodeled and the stay alone was expensive BUT otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed one night. Staff were great. Fantastic breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area nice. Room was kind of old musty smelling. Older room for sure. Small. Bed was good. Elevator out on check out which was a huge pain with mobility struggles for my husband and all our stuff. Everyone going up and down stairs at same time. Too expensive for sure but you’re paying for downtown KC.

Property a bit outside where the free trolley runs which made it a bit inconvenient to access town, about a mile away. Property a bit outdated as well and undergoing some renovations. Especially evident with only one operating elevator, which was extremely slow. Liked the room, with comfy beds, both fridge and microwave. Room was quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was free and had nice variety of food. Would consider staying there again if visiting KC but would also look at other options

Wonderful stay! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room was very clean and bed was nice and supportive with down pillows. Loved the variety of hot and cold breakfast items (including turkey sausage, yay!) We were able to park on the street without having to pay extra for the hotel lot.
