Great stay
Our stay was great. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant! Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower. Hotel was easy to get to. Lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Breakfast had a lot of options and everything was well stocked. Only complaint was we could hear neighbor's conversations when we were trying to sleep. We'll definitely stay again when we come to spend time with family.

Great stay, very clean and great breakfast. The only problem was that the room door didn’t fully close and, as a consequence, didn’t lock. We found out late after we arrived and rather than change rooms we. Just told the front desk the next day. They were very apologetic and fixed the door as quick as they could.

Waited 15 min for empl to appear for check in. There was only 1 light bulb working in bathroom, out of 3. Too dark. Bed was clean & comfortable. Employee was not able to find my Marriott rewards on reservation so didn’t get them. Bill showed 211.00 charged, bank said 240.00 charged next day! Had to call for explanation as it wasn’t mentioned they’d take more than receipt!

My husband and I stay here every time we visit Kansas City. Beautiful facility, pet friendly, attentive staff, super breakfast. Great location (Target, convenience store, Hobby Lobby, grocery store, and bar-and-grill within 5 minutes of the hotel).

Girl with nose ring at front was super rude! Unhelpful and short when needing help. The king suite has a king bed and a rollout couch that is a twin. Says it sleeps 4 adults. No way… what a joke and misleading. Blankets cheap and rollout couch is super uncomfortable!! Place is dirty and worse hotel i have ever stayed. They load up false reviews and thats how they stay in business
