Arrived at the hotel late and just wanted to relax before turning in for the night.. TV didn't work. We were moved to another room, and the toilet would not stop running in that room. I was told we could be moved to another room, but I just wanted a refund so we could secure another hotel. The woman working the front desk appeared to be irritated by our complaints and requests. The hotel was already not ideal due to all of the construction, and then having challenges with a room just made the stay more unpleasant. I will say that there was one front desk associate who did try to go above and beyond to help after the first person left. I appreciate him doing what he could to salvage our stay.

I really liked the location of this property. I also liked that is had a lounge and restaurant so you did not have to go off-site. The food was ok. It could use a facelift but price was fair. The staff was nice and parking was convenient but they put us at the last room on the floor and it was quite a hike to get to our room from main lobby and restaurant.
