The showers should have a bar to help support people. The tub was slick and a bar would have been very helpful and reassuring. The check-in was lengthy. I don't know if a new person was on duty or what, but she was slow, disinterested and not good. Another woman was helping her and she was fabulous.

I called this hotel and talked with someone at the front desk letting them know that I would definitely be a very late check in, possibly as late as 6 am the following morning. Hotel at kC

The place was spotless. The breakfast was delicious. Mya at the front desk could not have been more accommodating. Even the shuttle drive was great. He picked up our dinner at the restaurant and delivered it to us.I highly recommend this hotel.
