Wonderful nights rest
After a terrible previous nights stay elsewhere, I desperately needed a good nights sleep. I’ve always had good luck with Hampton and bit the bullet and spent the extra money and I’m so glad I did. Staff was kind, room was exceptional, bed was so comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The only thing I could comment that I didn’t love was the receptionist’s openness about politics and the pool/hot tub were closed.

Our room was clean, close to highway, breakfast was good/free..eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy!! Staff was super friendly. Only there for the weekend, and only there to sleep! So, great value!!

Had booked this hotel for a Birthday/Family little weekend stay. Kids were excited for the trip and hotel pool. Check-In and pool is closed for the updates. Maybe should say on the website that the pool was down. Rooms were ok. Bed was somewhat hard. Had a hard time sleeping with the Mirror being right by the window. You can close the curtains but the mirror reflex the lights outside right on the Bed. Breakfast was good, Lot to choose from. Breakfast staff was very nice. Would recommend..

Overall it was a nice enough stay. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and provided us with some good dining options in the area. The rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. The room was too warm, though it was cool outside and the AC could barely keep up with cooling the room, running briefly every few minutes and then shutting off before bringing the room to proper temperature. The free breakfast was average, but satisfying. The pool and hot tub was out of service. The bathroom appeared to have had a recent, hasty remodel, with sticker residue on the shower enclosure and a poor fitting countertop. About what you expect now days with a struggling hotel industry. For the price, it was average.

We booked a suite for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We were so excited about this trip but sadly it ended in disappointment. When we arrived to our suite (room 419), the key didn't work so a maintenance person in the hallway let us in with his master key. When we entered the suite, a large stinkbug was on the bedroom ceiling and a 2nd stinkbug was on the window outside. I went to the front desk for a new key card and mentioned the bugs. The associate thanked me for letting her know but no action was taken. As the night went on, we noticed more issues. Debris on the bathroom floor and spots in front of the toilet that looked like dried urine. A pubic hair on the shower wall. The caulking repair job around the bathtub looked shoddy and wasn't professionally done. The tub stopper didn't work so no baths. Whisker shavings in 3 places: on the shelf in the shower, the sink counter, and on one of the "clean" washrags. Also a crack in the wall next to the door stopper. The worst issue was the bed. It was in terrible shape. Mattress was lumpy, sagged in the middle, and was on box springs with a metal frame that creaked with any movement. We did not sleep well at all. We paid $569 for what we thought would be a very nice suite for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Yet the conditions of the room and bed were embarrassingly NOT the quality one would expect from a Hilton hotel. Therefore we will NOT be back.
