Anniversary trip

When we arrived the attendant acted like we didn’t have a reservation. Luckily they had a room for us. The drain in the tub was not working there was standing water in the shower- very gross. The temperature control didn’t work in the room so it was so hot. It only would go warm and couldn’t get it to cool at all. For the price would have expected things to work properly.

Closet door was broke. Coffee maker did not work well. The coffee they give you isn’t very good. Vending machines did not work well. For two people in a room they only had one chair. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. Not the best hotel we stayed at.

cancellation terms

my fellow traveler was hospitalized the day we were supposed to leave. By the time I left there(the hospital), I went to cancel our reservations and I read that the time was 4: 59 to cancel..it may have been 30 minutes too late. I did appeal and started a conversation with someone named Sharuke who stated he would help me with a refund...I don't know how to reach him and would surely like to know the state of my reservation. Sincerely, Mary Ann Ruesing btw, we have another trip coming up and had intended to use hotels.com again

Dated hotel.

Overall the hotel was decent. Its an older hotel and casino and it does show, however for the age everything was cleaned to the beat of the house keepings ability. Worst part about the stay and a huge negative star for us is, there was no coffee for the morning wake up. The brew brothers coffee wasnt good and we could not access it until 7 am. Not a good combo for people who wake up at 4 am normally. All staff was amazing though.
