The property was advertised to sleep 4. We booked the hotel anticipating the king bed and either a couch fold out or something in addition. Our daughter had to sleep on the floor due to this issue. Then the only offering we were given was a few thin blankets for her to sleep on. This is unacceptable and I want a refund to compensate for the major inconvenience. We paid way too much money to drive several hours and have our child sleeping on the floor.

The front desk person was condescending. She spoke really fast when explaining things, not sure if she was trying to confuse matters. When I told her to stop and stop being rude she began to argue with me, not sure what she was trying to accomplish but I didn't appreciate it.

Had to book with them after another hotel did not work out. I will definitely be staying with them for future stays. Super friendly staff! Professional and ready, I half expected them not to have my booking ready because I booked it so quickly third party and was happily surprised they were ready for me. Cheap, plentiful, secure parking. Close interstate/highesy access, within 10 min of downtown and Westport. Clean room. Quiet area. Pleasantly surprised! Check them out!

It was clean, but not like clean. The walls were dirty, the bathroom looked like the bare minimum was done to clean it. No bugs, sheets were clean. Service was okay, we just had one evening front desk personnel who did not seem interested in helping.

When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk. I walked around the lobby looking for someone for 15 minutes or so. Parking had to pay by your phone in advance - was separate billing from hotel. Advertised a buffet, but had to order off the menu instead. Won't be staying here again.

Pictures are spot on but cleanliness wasn’t. Also breakfast comes at a separate cost and the elevator was always breaking down so we had to walk up and down the stairway.

Easy fixes

Our room did not have adequate curtains to block out any light or provide complete privacy. The bathroom also was not stocked with shampoo as the bottles were not refilled. The lobby was clean. The room was clean and big.

Likely won’t stay again.

The hotel checked us out of one of our rooms for no reason. When I messaged to ask why, they said it looked like we were only using one of our rooms. I assured them we had been using both rooms so she said she would check me back in. They ended up double charging us for our rooms, so we had to spend time going back to the hotel after check out to get that issue fixed. The rooms weren’t too bad. Beds looked clean, and bathroom was clean EXCEPT the bathroom vent had mold all over it.
