We had some crusty toenails in our carpet. There is quite a bit of road traffic outside the window. Bed was comfy.

The stay was rude multiple times. KC kitchen service or first morning for pre paid breakfast was minimal. They basically gave us our plate and both went to the back. We never saw them again. Room service was rude to my fiancé. When she asked to have the room cleaned they were reluctant to provide the service and had a poor attitude. There was one night where we waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes before staff arrived to help. The heated pool was down and we were not informed. We had to discover that on our own. The restroom had no vent. The carpet in the room had an odor and needed shampooing. I will never return and quite frankly feel that we were over charged and treated poorly

My stay at the hotel was really nice. Ryan and Dalton were extremely friendly and funny. They made me feel welcome. Great personality! Everything was clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will return again !! Supernatural team. 😊

Good value and comfort for the rate charged!

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and reasonable priced. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. I had requested no feather pillows or duvets and the housekeeping department brought non feather items to the room upon check in without having to be reminded. I would request a room on the east side of the building in the future due to traffic noise on the west facing room I stayed in.

Our King room was clean and fairly quiet. The staff was excellent; very friendly and helpful. We did not use their restaurant or pool so cannot offer a review. The only downside came on the weekend when families moved in and the children ran wild in the hallways. My husband was unable to use the business room computers as it was filled with children using the computers and the lobby was filled with children playing. Not the hotels doing but the parents not using common sense.
