Definitely need a new cleaning crew or a revisit and how to clean the rooms the right way because I found a bunch of hairs between the sheets and my towels that’s gross and definitely need new beds. They’re very sunken in can literally feel the springs in the mattress. Had a very uncomfortable night actually ended up Checking out early.

The room’s carpet and bathroom floors looked like they had not never been cleaned in quite a while. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. TV could have been a bit bigger for that room size. Bathtub looked very unsanitary Dirty hands prints on walls, especially the bathroom walls. Window blinds did not cover the entire window therefore it was ENTIRELY TOO MUCH night light coming through the window which made it difficult to sleep. Spiders in room, night front desk staff did not have spray to utilize to kill. It would be really nice if toilets could be taller.

The ladie at the front dest was really nice and personable! The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The pool area was nice and the spa worked! Breakfast was was alright as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Front staff was very friendly and efficient, check-in was very pleasant. Our bed was very comfortable and it was quiet considering how close we were to the interstate. The room did need some renovations, the carpet was terribly frayed were it met the tile, the window shade would not come up or down and showed obvious signs of wear. It was stuck about five inches from the bottom of the window.

Comfortable with dogs
Comfortable. Hotel didn’t get the message we we’re bringing our dogs, but made no complaints about it. Tub was painted over, but clean. Good areas to walk our two German Shepard Dogs, and dog waste area. Easy parking, decent breakfast so we didn’t need to grab fast food in our way out. This was an overnight on a cross country trip.

It was bad because they allowed 4 to 6 young girls to stay in room 2 doors down from us. We had to go knock on door twice to try to get them quiet. There was no adult in room with them. We should get are money back for putting up with this!!

Some parts of the hotel room were falling apart, the pool was pretty dirty needed to be cleaned but the staff was very nice and helpful the area is nice easy access to the interstate and convenient to get where ever you needed to get to

The room was not the one that was requested. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced. The room had poor lighting. The floor was dirty when we checked in. The bathroom door was hung wrong on the door frame and a nightmare to lock. This was nowhere close or even resembled the standards of previous Holiday Inns, I have stayed in. Would not stay here again.
