We went to check into our room at midnight and somehow it was canceled, with no room left. With a huge event in town and no rooms anywhere, we ended up having to drive home getting home at 5 AM! I had my confirmation number and email but still told me they didn’t have it. Super frustrating!!

Dissapointed.

The room appeared clean when we entered but then found blood and a long black hair on the sheet. The blood on the sheet was also on the mattress cover. There was a bug that I smashed on the mattress. The picture had broken glass, the kurig did not work, the wall paper on the south east wall was rolling at the top 1/4.
