I asked for the Hollywood casino discount but the front desk staff never heard of it. That was one of the reasons I picked this place, but everything else was very nice.

No close parking to the front door. Our room keys didn't open the other exterior doors so we had to use the front and carry our luggage a long way. When we reported this to the front desk he said "there's nothing I can do. At least it works to get in your room." It wasn't just our keys. The people in front of us had the same problem. Because of this, someone had propped the side door open with a rock. That's a security issue. Do not recommend this hotel.

Property was close to food options couple walkable. Lots of shopping near by. Hotel was nice only minor complaint was the hand soap was bolted to the wall so my small child couldn't reach it. Nothing crazy.

Freezing cold pool
Very spacious and clean. Lots of room for my family. The man at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and didn’t tell us any information about checkout, WiFi, or breakfast. The biggest problem was that we stayed at this hotel for the hottub and pool for our kids. The pool was quite possibly the coldest pool we have ever been to. It was as if they took melted snow to fill the pool. So that ruined our whole night. Other than that, clean and great location. We’d stay again if we don’t have our kids with us.

It was close to the outlets and Jingle. Bed a little hard but for the money it was a good deal. Staff was amazing!
