Dissapointed.

The room appeared clean when we entered but then found blood and a long black hair on the sheet. The blood on the sheet was also on the mattress cover. There was a bug that I smashed on the mattress. The picture had broken glass, the kurig did not work, the wall paper on the south east wall was rolling at the top 1/4.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel itself looked clean and the amenities were wonderful. Breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of offerings. My kids were extremely happy with their room and the breakfast options. The beds were comfortable and there was room to move around. The showers were nice, and it was a very pleasant stay.

I liked the location. Quiet a few locations to eat around the area. The outlet mall is within walking distance. We asked for cleaning before 12pm but when we arrived later on in the evening our room was not cleaned.

The hotel was currently under renovation, and the hotel staff gave us a room where workers were working, and the key didn't work for the 1st room, and then the room was not rentable. Had to go back to the front desk where staff gave us a different room, but that phone didn't work, nor was there a window curtain put on. Went back to the front desk since the phone wasn't working, didn't find another room, or they were not interested in moving us, as the front desk staff were too lazy to get out of their chair to serve the guests. Slept the whole night with lights coming from the window. Also, the bathroom tub was not draining, and it was dirty, which is not an IHG standard.
