Remote controllers to tv didn't work and they never replaced them. Microwave didn't work without burning popcorn. Breakfast was OK, not great pancake maker was not on because not enough guests they said. Bathroom door wouldn't close so you could see ppl in the bathroom.

Positives: Great breakfast, friendly front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast area staff are super nice. Rooms are clean. Bed is soft, nice pillows. Not so good: Requested room on top floor when booking, when we got there we were not given a top floor. Got room 116, but the carpet was wet due to just being cleaned. They gave us the room next door 114. It was fine, until 5:30 am when toddlers proceeded to run back and forth until we moved out of the room which was around 11 AM. Back to positive: The front desk was able to move us to the top floor when we complained about the noise. They had a top floor room available, room 325- YAY! At that time all was good with the world. WEIRD: I don't think this was well thought out. HA! Overall- it was a nice stay even though we ended up moving twice.
