The hotel front desk is on the second floor. Very odd set up. The woman who appeared to be the manager was nasty, condescending and self important. Ill never return.

The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The towels were very worn and rough. I didn't like the choice of body was they used; it had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast buffet was good. Loved the cinnamon rolls! Staying here is very convenient as it's close to the KU Medical Center, which is why we came to Kansas City.
