Ok place, price too high, 5 of 6 gym machines inop

The place was clean and location good. Beds were great. Carpets were worn, carts were worn, and five of the six exercise machines did not work. AC was good. Not worth the money paid, though. Over $200 for night. Good restaurants near. One elevator not working. Place was a bit run down, but clean. Staff was nice.

My stay was good. I didn’t appreciate being waken up by the maid. Even though I was a stay over the maid knocked on my door and used her key to enter my room. While I was sleeping .

The room was nice and clean. Big nice bathroom. Only complaint was our room smelled like mildew. There was a wall air unit on the upper wall next to one of the beds that appeared to be flaking mold or something onto the bed. Black flakes on the comforter.

Best bed ever!!!

We were traveling for 7 weeks!!! The bed we slept on was a dream!!! I could have spent the day just floating on that cloud!!! Thank you for service & hospitality!!! And the bed!!!

Cheap hvac not by window like all hotels. Right over the bed. Blows down all night. Imagine hvac for the whole room, focused on the bed. Made for uncomfortable nights rest. Only way not to have the hvac blowing directly on you is to pay their overpriced suite. Thermostat read filter needs changed. Meantioned it to staff. They didn’t seem to care. Who knows how long a dirty filter was blowing on us as we slept. Will not stay here again. For $150/night it was terribly uncomfortable

Heat wasn’t working properly at the hotel. We were there on coldest night of the year and room wouldn’t warm above 67. And we were much luckier than others. They ran out of space heaters. Only one elevator was working and it was a long wait to go up and down.

The location was p Erfect. Easy on and of to main highway. My bear feet test they were clean. But the parking lot was not safe. They did not salt the frozen sidewalks. Which made them very slippery.

Toilet took several flushes to actually flush. Shower door was not attached to the wall properly and very difficult to open. Shower floor was cracked and therefore likely not sanitized. Hallways smelled terrible. People running down the hallway screaming at 3 am. Just lots of little things that could easily be made better with some maintenance and proper cleaning.

The hotel rooms were in disrepair- no heat- we were given a space heater and we have a 2yo! The shower head in the room was broken and spun around and the 4th floor smelled like sewage.
