We got locked in the bathroom and couldn't get out. Had to call front desk for help. The locking mechanism was outdated.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect location for walking or riding the street car. I will say the pool was surprisingly small and cold. There is also considerable street noise. The breakfast is great and the gym is nice.

Staff were nice. Wish the breakfast can have more varieties and don’t start cleaning the area before the closing time. Hotel did not clean the room every day so if you travel as a family, you may need to find spots to hang towels and swipe the floor yourself.

Please improve signage for first time, guests arriving to the property and where to go to check in, and consider putting fencing around the parking area to reduce homeless population in the parking area

The staff at this site were great. Very friendly , professional and accommodating. They allowed a late check out our last day so we could finish some site seeing. Parking was ample and secure. Facilities were well updated The included breakfast was good overall.
