The staff member at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet! The stay was exactly what we needed for the time. It was only less than 10 minutes from downtown which was not bad. The breakfast offered a variety of different options. The room was clean but there was no hand soap provided to us. Besides that we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay!

I liked the coffee, tea, or hot chocolate in the lobby as well as the cookies! The outside doors locked at 8 pm which made me feel very secure. The breakfast was very good. There was a nice variety, and the food was fresh. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room with my husband. We had a queen bed, but only had 3 pillows. I expected to have 4, but i did not contact the staff to bring a 4th one.

The lobby and elevators smelled like sewage, the elevators were freezing and so was the pool - we always love to stay at Home2Suites for the spacious rooms and kitchenette but this one needs some work to it
