The room was lovely and comfortable. Some staff were helpful and some were dismissive. The area was within walking distance of many terrific restaurants and bars. The parking lot seemed a little scary but we didn't have any problems.

The only thing I thought that could be improved in the room is that it seemed that the room needed more light... Lakeva, at the front desk, was extremely helpful in solving a problem we had with Orbitz - they hadn't properly gotten our confirmation information transmitted to the hotel. We were very thankful for her help and diligence

We liked the property but someone walked into our room at 9pm. Can't figure out how they got in. Also, there was street racing around 1am that woke us up. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side of Westport Rd

Great central location. Well lit parking lot with EV charging on the south end of lot. Next door to a bar restaurant so a bit rowdy weekend nights. Security guards onsite which is good and bad I guess. Bring earplugs to sleep due to street noise. Clean modern decor. Helpful staff.

Good service, poor room quality

Service staff were very nice and helpful, food in the restaurant was good but the overall room was pretty poor. Our room had a distinct sewage smell that seemed like they tried to cover it up with air freshener. Tv also didn't work
