I have stayed here before, and that I why I chose it again. Great service....tasty breakfast. Weather was cold/snowy, but they kept up the inside and did pretty good job of outside clearing. Room comfy.

The room was nice and clean. The one complaint i had was the TV, I didn't have a clear picture, i reported it to the front desk, they said they would send maintenance, but when i returned to my room later that night nothing changed so for the 2 days I was there i had no TV.

Start of disaster

During check in we had to switch rooms 3 times the first two rooms didn’t have working air conditioning, finally after we got the 3rd room it was working. During our stay they had the fire department test the alarms but didn’t tell anyone who was staying in the hotel this was going to happen, it wasn’t until I called them that we found out it was a test. Then on our final day the heat went out on the entire floor we were on. The hotel looked great but the communication sucked.

Excellent place to stay

All was great. Staff was friendly and prompt to fix an issue. Room was very comfortable. Great location if you need to be by the airport and only a few miles from.shopping area. Breakfast was decent. Good eggs which are usually hard to find. Check in and out went quick and easy.
