We had booked this hotel through expedia for two room both with double beds. We arrived late in the evening as our travels got us there at 11:30 pm. When we arrived they only had one room with double beds, which we definitely needed two. The hotel staff said they had extra king rooms that evening but could not give us one bc the manager would not allow them to. So we had to pack up all of our stuff at midnight out of the lobby and go find another hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service. We showed them our booking reservation but they didn't care. They said since we booked through Expedia it wasn't there problem even though we were the guest of their hotel.

Guests DO NOT come first at this hotel!
Requested a specific room Kathryn was unable to accommodate request. I then got online and the request was available. Very odd to me. There was a few insects in our room along with dirty washcloths from a previous guest. When they came for housekeeping they didn’t even vacuum or pick up the dead insects. For the price of rooms I would have definitely chose elsewhere.
