For the price it was good, they did a lot of upgrades and it was decent. You can tell this place is old. We felt safe enough. Heard a lot of sirens throughout the night. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The bathroom could use a fan. But that's about it. I'd say it's an upscale hostel feel but you get your own bathroom which is a must. I'd stay here again, conveniently located right off the highway.

This hotel appeared to be going through a remodel. The first room we were in looked like it had been updated but we had no hot water. We did get moved to another room but the ac would not work. I talked to the front desk and asked if we could have a fan if it couldn’t be fixed but we got no fan and no fixed ac.

We arrived late and an employee stayed well after closing to check us in. And the beds, oh my goodness. So comfortable and wonderful. Everything was spotless clean. We will stay here again.

For the price it was fine. Beds and sheets were clean. There was water under the carpet not sure if it was from the shower or the rain storm we had but they didn’t do anything about it when I told staff. Room also smelled like smoke.

Breakfast was so nice! what made it really great was the cook. She was out there checking on everyone and cleaning up too and she was just so kind. The place is nice and the stay was comfortable. You can tell it has the bones of an older building by some lifted carpet here and there and some minor aesthetic setbacks. They are gated but we never watched the gate close at all so that was kind of eh but I would stay here again.
